Apply Dark mode on Cypress

When I was writing a lot of tests with Cypress. Sometimes, its hurt my eyes with Light theme (Really ?). Even if there are some npm packages available that ready to use but some styles are not align as I expected.

So I tried to add my custom style (CSS) on Cypress Framework for relieving tired eyes. = =*
